EA & Administration Manager

As the Executive Assistant (EA) you will be supporting the Chief Executive Officer with the day-to-day operations as well as strategic tasks. The EA is responsible for managing all aspects of the CEO office including diary management, travel logistics, taking minutes, reconciling executive expenses and ‘gate keeping’. Integrity and the ability to remain 100% confidential are paramount. The other aspect of the role will be to manage the administration and receptionist support teams in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne effectively and efficiently.
The successful candidate will have a positive and energetic attitude and be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. This is a busy and varied role which requires someone with a flexible attitude toward taking on new responsibilities, and the ability to build excellent relationships with the Heads of Business and other internal and external stakeholders. The role requires a self-starter with initiative and someone with both excellent people and organisational skills. Public company and CEO support experience will be highly regarded.
- You are a skilled communicator who understands the need for confidentiality, discretion and professionalism in all aspects of your work.
- Previous Experience with an ASX listed company (preferred)
- A solid track record of achievement and relevant experience is fundamental to the role (5+ years)
- Strong follow up and the ability to work to tight deadlines
- Tertiary qualifications in Office Administration or a related discipline
- Workplace Occupational First Aid (not essential)
